Krowoderska 63B / 6, 31-158 Krakow, entered into the National Court Register by the District Court for Kraków - Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000560737, holds NIP 6762488983 and REGON 361662810, with a share capital of 6 800,00 Zloty (hereinafter referred to as SMG) has full copyright to the software Taxibook available at taxibook.pl, by means of which provides for users specified in the Regulations services.
1. Using Taxibook is realized via the website http://taxibook.pl and is free of charge.
2. By filling out a form and pressing BOOK NOW you hereby agree to enter into a contract of carriage of persons with undetermined driver.
3. The driver receives information on the intention to conclude a contract of carriage of a user, such as name, phone number and location.
4. User immediately receives information about the acceptance of booking and any data enabling it to effectively identify the driver.
5. Conclusion of the contract of carriage between you and the driver occurs when: For the user: you click BOOK NOW (or the equivalent in another language), thereby expressing the consent of the terms of the contract; in the case of the driver: when you click ACCEPT, thereby expressing the consent to present yourself in a place determined by the user and the will to provide the service.
6. Taxibook service provided under this Terms of Use is only to provide the driver with information about the potential customer willing to enter into a contract of carriage, and providing the user with the information about the drivers that can perform this service. SMG is not a party to the contract of carriage of persons.
To use Taxibook it is necessary to connect to the Internet. SMG is not responsible for the additional fees associated with the use of the Internet by the user.
To use the service Taxibook user must accept the Terms of Use of Taxibook and consent to the processing of personal data and give real name, location and phone number.
Passenger transportation service is billed based on the price lists of individual drivers, presented to users by the driver via the Taxibook after entering the required data.
§ 6
Any personal information submitted in the course of service Taxibook can be used only for the proper performance of the contract of carriage of people.
§ 7
SMG reserves the right to partial, total and / or temporary suspension of the operation of the service. The user is not entitled to any claim for ensuring continuous service availability.
SMG is not responsible for the content of the data sent by users and drivers.
§ 9
SMG is not responsible for any damages that you bear as a result of using the service Taxibook, if not the direct result of actions or omissions of SMG.
SMG is not responsible for the quality and manner of passenger transport services through drivers, and any complaints about the service user should be directed to the driver, with whom he has contracted the transport of persons.
SMG reserves the right to remove any content entered by users and drivers, if they violate Polish law, the rules of social coexistence or good manners.
Starting to use the service Taxibook you voluntarily consent to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data (In particular, phone number, address, and location). Taxibook collects, processes and stores personal data to the extent necessary for the proper functioning of the system Taxibook. Any personal data will be protected in accordance with applicable law, in particular with the Act of 29 August 1997. Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 101, item 926 as amended). At any time you have the right to check, update and correct their personal data.
Do not agree to the collection, processing and storage of personal data results in the need to abandon the use of the service Taxibook.
By accepting these terms and conditions you also agree to the use by Taxibook personal data for market research or advertising.
In the event that all or part of these Regulations as lacking legal force, not in force unenforceable, subject to cancellation or void the remaining part of the regulations will continue to be considered valid and binding.
In all matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law.
